Coached Training For Triathletes & RunnersTraining With Us
Our training is primarily for triathletes and runners. All training schedules are developed to meet the racing goals of the athletes attending. It’s your training and we tailor the training distances and intensities to you and/or what your group is training for. We cater for all distances up to Full and Ultra events.
We offer training for up to 8 athletes at a time from a minimum number of just 1. We are open to all levels and abilities of athletes.
We are both qualified and experienced Level 3 High Performing Coaches and offer a high level of personal attention in all our coached sessions. We work to a maximum ratio of 1 coach to 4 athletes.
Training Programme
The programme for your training will include at least two primary sessions each day focussing on swim, bike, run (according to your event) along with a supplementary strength and conditioning and/or yoga session.
Sessions will include technique development and video analysis. Getting the basics right matters for your racing. Each session will have feedback and you will have an end of training review and suggestions for future training development.
If you prefer for your stay to be more leisurely we can put together a format that enables you to spend some time doing the swimming, cycling and/or running you enjoy whilst also spending time relaxing around the island.
Cost & Training Availability
The cost of training with us is €250 per athlete for 7 days.
The cost includes snacks and training treats during training (except for any cafe visits); expert and qualified coaching with sessions to suit your ability and season goals; photos and videos of your training; post-training action plan to guide your ongoing training; cycle fitting assessment and advice.
Cost doesn’t include airport pickup/return; accommodation (we can recommend to suit all budgets), flights; cafe purchases.
